if I need to make a call from a phone that isn't registered ?? If a user needs to make a call from a phone number that is not registered with us, they simply can use any phone and will be asked by the system to enter their account number (which is ONLY 5 Digits long i.e. 42233) - and then the number they wish to call. This way enables our customers to make cheap reliable calls Tel 3 can be used from any phone you desire. |

do I get a PIN number? When we open you account, we will give you your account number (which is you PIN NO) you av to keep it safe & ONLY view it to your self or anyone you allow to access your account. Your PIN will be given to you over the phone or through your email. |
